Our new condo in the Stadium Lofts, diagonally across the street from Angel Stadium on Katella and State College Blvd. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1082 sq ft. As part of the 8% incentive we got a 173 sq ft storage room, upgraded carpet, closing costs, plus a year of property taxes and HOA dues paid. Escrow should be closing around July 15th.
